Strata living is the new wave of residential real estate and to manage it, you must be licensed under the Real Estate Act of British Columbia. At CENTURY 21 Amos Realty®, we have competent staff including three licensed strata managers and three support staff to meet your needs.

Our company runs a full service Strata Management Division and we invite your inquiries as to our services. The realm of strata management is extensive and we have found that once we have talked to you, we can customize a service to meet the needs of your strata.

Some stratas are looking for financial services only while other stratas are looking for full service packages – we offer both and will customize our services to meet your needs. CENTURY 21® Amos Realty is celebrating its 18th year with a Strata Management Division servicing the Okanagan. We pride ourselves in excellence, pure and simple, as many may copy what we do but few can duplicate our client service. Trust is one of our greatest commodities. We operate on a hands-on basis and provide a high level of professionalism for the effective management of Strata Corporations. Our portfolio consists of different services from Real Estate to Property and Strata Management.

We are members of Condominium Home Owners Association (CHOA) through our may strata's, Licensed and bonded according to the Real Estate Services Act and the Strata Property Act (SPA).  We find membership invaluable in keeping up with industry standards.  The industry Code of Ethics is followed in the work place to maintain a high standard of ethical behavior and professionalism.

While all Strata's are governed the same under SPA they are far from being the same. We offer a wide range of services that cater to the individual needs of our clients. We are recognized as being progressive, hands on, and customer focused, working at a high level of professional management services.
